Today was epic. I went for a walk all around downtown with Chelsie
, Lauren
, Gabe, and David. ...While dressed up as Jack Spicer from Xiaolin Showdown. Yes. I don't have my goggles yet, though, and my makeup wasn't quite right, but it was close...
Chelsie was dressed all...eccentric...gothic...y.
I invited like, all my friends to go and we were all supposed to cosplay or wear something weird or whatever but no one did other than Chelsie and I. And like a ton of people quit on me, there was supposed to be more people there... But it was still fun anyway. People gave us weird looks at Starbucks.
Gabe broke off one of those feathery plant things (Like these kinda
[link]) and started hitting us with it saying "Blessings upon you!"
I felt so blessed. xD And he kept using me as an armrest because I'm short =.=
And we had a great time in Borders, too. We rearranged everything so that as much Twilight merchandise was hidden as possible. We moved the magazines around and flipped a bunch of them backwards so the ones with Edward/Bella/Jacob/anything Twilight related were either flipped backward or hidden behind something else. We also did this with the calendar section, and any random piece of Twilight merchandise we could find.
...And then we discovered the main Twilight display. TONS of books (The series itself, trivia books, guide books, ect. ect. ect.) t-shirts, posters, bags, little thermos things, pencils, stickers, action figures, EVERYTHING. We got to work right away. >D
We did the same method of turning things backward, rearranging them so that other things were on top of it... We put a lot of dragon books in front of the Twilight... Flipped around the Edward/Bella bags so they just looked like plain black bags, put one of the black bags over a pile of Twilight stuff so you couldn't see it, turned all the Jacob shirts backward, put stuffed animals in front of things, moved a Death Note box in front of a bunch more Twilight...
We did a very good job of hiding it.
We made it so much better.
We also hid some Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus stuff too.
